BASIC LISTING PHOTOS

House coverage starts at $150 based on square footage and amount of bedrooms and bathrooms. Pricing goes up after 3000 square feet with more than 3 bed/2 bath, all rooms in houses are shot from 5-6 angles with a wide lens and are professionally edited.

DRONE FOOTAGE

Stills or videos shot from the drone are available to add to your quote! Add on service at $100 per property.

VIDEO CLIPS

Video is trending on all platforms so adding filmed footage to your listings and social media can really make a property stand out. Video footage is delivered as clips without sound, edited reel and tiktok videos can be added to your quote. Video footage starts at $150 per property.

FAQ

Will I receive RAW files?

RAW files are never released to clients, a cleanly edited JPEG or MP4 file will be given for all footage.

How does the process work?

You fill out the contact form with all the info about your listing and I will get back to you and schedule a time to photograph the listing. You will be sent a digital contract to sign with a link for payment.

What are the rules for sharing/using the photos?

All photos must be credited and tagged - when on social media, tag my account @madetobemine and when using on a website - credit in a caption or footer is required.

How many photos are delivered?

All houses are shot with 5-6 angles per room and 5-6 exterior shots - so depending on the amount of rooms and how big the property is - the amount of photos will generally be around 50 photos for a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home.

Do you only work with residential properties?

No! Any real estate listing is great! The prices, of course will vary depending on the square footage of the property.
