ASH + JOEL | CHICAGO ENGAGEMENT

I've been so excited to share these with you.  For several reasons.

This girl is pretty special.  I've known her since she was about 18 years old.  She was and is such a brat.  But she's like the most lovable brat ever.  I love her so much.  She's one of my sister's very best friends.  And now I can call her mine.  She's the bestest.

She and Joel have been on and off for about 10 years...he finally decided that she wasn't someone he should be "off" with ever again.  They're committing to each other forever in June and it's gonna be awesome.

We got to venture around the city and drink and laugh together.  It's a lot of pressure when I'm with people I know and love.  I don't want to disappoint.  I don't want to make them feel uncomfortable.  But, I'm pretty good at avoiding those things.  I'll keep my streak going this time, hopefully.
