SARAH + NICK | FIESTA WEDDING IN DOWNTOWN ROCKFORD

These two are everything.  Their wedding day was everything.  So much heart and detail, it was a dream for us to photograph let alone witness.  Sarah and Nick have a very special place in our hearts, they are authentic + hilarious people and they made us feel like a million bucks.  It was one of those weddings you didn't want to leave, even with throbbing feet.

Sarah's has Mexican heritage and really made a point to bring those traditions and beauty into multiple parts of their wedding.  Including a ceremony tradition with a lasso from her parent's wedding, churros and margaritas, and subtle and simple touches throughout the space.

Also I can't go without mentioning that these two had the most amazing first dance to Toto's "Africa", when a bride flails her body all over for her first dance with her husband, that's a pure sign of badassery.  All in all, Sarah and Nick are the bee's whole damn leg.  They are wonderful + hilarious + kind.  I can't believe our job is hanging out with people THIS cool.
