CAITLIN + KYLE | MODERN MIDWEST WEDDING

Perfection everywhere you look, that's what this day was like. We were already in love with Cait and Kyle the minute we met them, but watching their style and personalities unfold out into their wedding day was magical.

Caitlin designed their wedding head to toe. She's a freaking genius and has impeccable taste. From overgrown + wild floral arrangements to clean lines and modern touches, it was an actual perfect wedding. I'm sure we over-photographed like insane people but it was impossible not to. Especially with Caitlin in that dress. She was a GOD-DESS in that dress, and as if that wasn’t enough, she changed into a hott AF jumpsuit for the reception. We had the most killer light maybe of our careers that night, and to put these two in the glow just made them even more magnificent.

But obviously that's not what's important. These two are the sweetest + kindest, they are SO tender towards each other, all their moments together throughout the day overwhelmed me.

I'd have to say my favorite moment was right after the ceremony. If you scroll down they are the images in front of the black wall...sweet Kyle was so overwhelmed that he had finally married his wife, it was the most genuine and pure moment. It was literally impossible to narrow down a selection of photos. Their ceremony was on a sunny rooftop where they later danced under the stars. The joy and love that enveloped their day was enough to make me forget my pregnant ankles and bulging belly. They, like all our couples, made the work not be work. We are so lucky to witness daughters dancing with their mothers, brides being lifted into the air, best friends toasting and weeping, iconic moments in people's lives...and we get to be there. And Caitlin and Kyle are definitely that, iconic.
